I guess that depends on where you are now, and where you PERCEIVE you'll end up.
It is actually quite normal to be fearful of change because people fear the unknown. It doesn't necessarily make you a "control freak", but (many) people like the comfort of knowing what's going to happen when they get up in the morning. But what if you don't like where you are now? You could get stuck between a rock and a hard place (to coin a phrase); you don't like where you are now, but you are fearful where you could go.
ThetaHealing is very good at identifying fears that block you, but from a simplistic level:
What's the worst thing that could happen if you did change?
I have changed hugely over the years; evolved if you will. I used to be a real worry-merchant as a kid (and I still have some fears to work through) but through the Theta' work I have done on myself (and others), you could say I have developed the emotional-maturity to be able to step back and look at the big picture rather than get bogged down in the detail. Fears can occupy a huge portion of our thoughts and hold us back, and along with resentments, rejections and regrets are perhaps the four most common aspects of a Theta' session
So whilst you think over what you'd like for 2019, give some thought to what would happen if you got what you wanted. That's likely to bring up fears that might point at what's holding you back. Then that's something you can work on. And if you want to know HOW, get in touch.
