People waste a HUGE amount of time holding on to Resentments, Rejections and Regrets.
In my experience, pretty much everyone has atleast one of them, I know I did. The thing is, with ThetaHealing they're so easy to get rid of.
I'll give you an example...
I was about 20 when I got my first job in an office in London. There was a young girl there and we'd say "Hi" when we passed each other in the corridor. We were friends. Then one day, as she passed me she said "Don't wish me a happy birthday then!". I don't know why, but I replied "OK, I won't.". WHAT A STUPID, JUVENILE THING TO SAY. It was her birthday for goodness sake, and I was spiteful to her. Not that you should be rude to people the other 364 days of the year either!
Why did I say it? I was a kid, and you say and do stuipid things as a kid. I REGRETted saying it. The trouble is, once I gained the emotional maturity to do something about it, she was gone, and I have no way of saying sorry. And spiteful words said by a friend hurt more than from a stranger.
Or maybe when you were growing up your parents always favoured your brother. It would be "normal" to RESENT this, and quite possible that you REJECTed your brother because of it.
Resentments, Rejections and Regrets come up all the time, so once you identify them, this is how you can shed them.
You will need to adjust the exact wording of this dependent on the situation, but in essence it goes like this:
- Go up to The Creator of All That Is
- Pull, cancel and delete that [the person] resents / rejects / regrets the person or situation
- Then download the following:
I know what it feels like to live my day-to-day life without resenting / rejecting / regretting the person or situation.
And if you are not a ThetaHealer, just say it out loud to yourself; you'll be surprised how much better you feel just putting it into words.
