Covid-19 / Coronavirus update

covid 19 coronavirus update

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 / Coronavirus pandemic, I have stopped offering face-to-face consultations and all training classes until further notice.

The class schedule on my website should be taken as "information only", and may change at short notice.

New Zealand is on lockdown and we're under self-isolation until at least the end of April; and maybe longer.

I am still able to offer on-line/Skype/Zoom consultations; please ask.

Thank you for your understanding and let's all stay safe.

How not to say Not

KeepCalmThetaPoster

THIS BLOG POST IS PRIMARILY FOR EXISTING THETAHEALING PRACTITIONERS

When you’re doing a session with a client, it can sometimes be difficult to phrase a question without using something like “Not, Can't, Don't and Won't”. There are atleast two different ways to get around this:

“No” can be a perfectly acceptable answer to a question. For instance

I resent my ex-partner

“No” you don’t, that’s fine; you don’t always have to phrase a question expecting “Yes” as the answer.

Rather than saying

I know how to live my day-to-day life not affected by other people’s negativity

say

I know how to live my day-to-day life WITHOUT being affected by other people’s negativity

This particular one is one of my favourite downloads!

You often have to re-word Theta’ downloads from the various books, as going from a negative belief or feeling to a positive one isn’t always as simple as putting “without” in the sentence, but with a bit of practice it becomes fairly straightforward.

So have fun working with ThetaHealing WITHOUT saying “Not”.
